I woke up feeling amazing this morning, and upon reflection of this 30-Day Challenge I realized I’ve only woke up feeling amazing just two or three times in the last 28 days.
I’d love to find a way to make today repeatable—to wake up feeling contentment most days. Contentment feels peaceful, relaxed, and deeply in joy!
What feel or feelings would like to wake up feeling in the morning? Energized? Alive? Serene? Taken care of?
Today’s Journal Excerpt
I would love to go back through each day of this challenge and determine this question—What is dominant feeling present each day? Next time! Next time I’m going to focus on collecting this important data. Perhaps I can make it apart of my morning routine to check in and see what dominant feeling is present. I could use it as a tool to gauge how I’m doing and what might be creating the emotions I’m experiencing.
For example, drinking coffee or caffeine too late in the evening could cause restlessness and anxiety, or thinking stressful thoughts before bed could create bad dreams. I would love to increase the number of days I wake up feeling the way I do today!
